How To Use
- Preparation method: Add water first (1:10~20), then add oil, use clean tap water to prepare the emulsion of the required concentration, circulate and stir evenly, and use it after all emulsified into emulsion.
- Preparation requirements: When preparing (replacing) new liquid, the old liquid, metal chips and sludge should be removed, and then 1-2% of this product dilution and 0.3-0.5% fungicide should be used for cleaning and then discharged. Finally, add this product, and add the original liquid to circulate and stir evenly when the pump is turned on.
- Add new liquid: When the storage tank needs to be replenished, while adding water, the emulsified oil stock solution should be added in proportion to maintain a sufficient concentration of the working liquid.
Precautions
The working fluid should be kept clean and ventilated, and the machine tool should have a complete filter and slag removal system to promptly remove impurities such as iron filings and floating oil. If the machine tool is not used for many days, the tank fluid should be pumped for 2 hours a day for empty circulation and oxygenation, and the tank fluid concentration and pH value should be measured regularly, and new fluid should be added or replaced in time.
