Product application scenarios
Non-ferrous metal cutting: This lubricant is also suitable for cutting non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum. Non-ferrous metals are prone to sticking during the cutting process. LB-6000 can effectively prevent the saw blade from sticking to non-ferrous metal materials and improve cutting quality. In a non-ferrous metal processing company, after using this lubricant, the roughness of the cut surface was reduced by about 20%, and the product quality was significantly improved.
Steel cutting: In steel processing plants, hot saws are used to cut various specifications of steel, such as I-beams, channels, etc. LB-6000 Hot Saw Special Micro-Lubricant can effectively cope with the high hardness and toughness of steel, ensure smooth cutting of saw blades, and reduce the number of saw blade maintenance. For example, in a construction steel processing plant, after using this lubricant, the frequency of saw blade replacement was reduced from once a week to once every two weeks.
Features
Excellent lubrication performance: LB-6000 micro-lubricant for hot saws can form a tough lubricating film between the saw blade and the material being cut. During the operation of the hot saw, the saw blade rotates at high speed and rubs violently with metal and other materials, generating a lot of heat. This lubricant can effectively reduce the friction coefficient and reduce the wear of the saw blade. For example, when cutting steel materials, it can reduce the wear rate of the saw blade by about 30-40%.
Good cooling effect: Since the temperature of the hot saw is very high during operation, the lubricant also has excellent cooling performance. It can absorb the heat from the saw blade and the cutting part to prevent the saw blade from deforming due to overheating. Compared with ordinary lubricants, it can reduce the working temperature of the saw blade by about 20-30℃, thereby extending the service life of the saw blade and ensuring cutting accuracy.
Micro-efficiency: As a micro-lubricant, the amount of LB-6000 is very small. Only a small amount of lubricant is needed on key parts such as the edge of the saw blade each time. This not only saves costs, but also prevents excessive lubricating oil from generating smoke, polluting the environment or affecting the cutting quality during the cutting process.
High temperature resistance: The working environment temperature of hot saws is very high, and LB-6000 can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments. Its flash point is relatively high, generally above 200℃, and it can adapt to the high temperature generated during the hot saw cutting process, and will not decompose or lose its lubrication and cooling functions due to high temperature.
How to use
Application location: The key is to apply lubricating oil to the saw teeth and the edge of the saw blade. You can use a special micro-spraying device or dropper. For some large hot saw equipment, you can also use an automatic oil spraying system to accurately spray the lubricating oil on the saw blade. After the saw blade is installed, before starting the equipment, first drip a small amount of lubricating oil on the saw teeth when the saw blade is stationary, about 0.1-0.2 ml per centimeter of saw tooth length.
Frequency of use: Determined according to the working intensity of the hot saw. If it is a continuous cutting operation, the lubricating oil can be added every 1-2 hours of work. For intermittent cutting work, the lubricating oil can be added before each cutting task. However, the specific frequency of use needs to be appropriately adjusted according to factors such as the hardness of the cutting material and the rotation speed of the saw blade.
Precautions
Safety issues: Although the LB-6000 hot saw special micro-lubricant has a high flash point, you still need to pay attention to fire prevention when the hot saw is working. Sparks may be generated during the hot saw cutting process and the ambient temperature is also high. Make sure that the lubricant storage and use area is away from fire sources and equipped with appropriate fire extinguishing equipment.
Compatibility: Check the compatibility of the lubricant with the saw blade material and the material being cut. Some saw blades made of special materials or the material being cut may react adversely to the lubricant. For example, some saw blades containing special alloys may react chemically with certain components in the lubricant, affecting the performance of the saw blade. Before use, it is best to conduct a small-scale test.
