PERFORMANCE OVERVIEW
Aluminum extrusion high temperature lubricating rod is a white rod-shaped solid, made of HBN powder with a purity of >99.6%, with higher thermal insulation, higher thermal conductivity, excellent chemical stability and lubrication performance. It can be applied to the extrusion pad, ingot barrel, shear and other parts to effectively prevent aluminum alloy from sticking to the mold. It can extend the life of the extrusion pad, be easy to use, shorten maintenance time, improve production efficiency and save costs. It emits less smoke, does not contain dangerous ingredients, and is harmless to human health.
PRODUCT APPLICABILITY
It is suitable for the extrusion of aluminum profiles, effectively preventing aluminum alloy from sticking to the mold, while overcoming the shortcomings of traditional mold release agents such as grease and graphite that pollute the product, making the extruder cleaner and easier to maintain.
HOW TO USE
Apply this product manually or with a clamp directly to the end face of the hot extrusion pad, the sealing surface of the extrusion cylinder, the residual shear and other parts. Make sure the application area is clean before use.
