PERFORMANCE OVERVIEW
The micro-lubricating oil for CNC machining is specially developed to address the problems existing in the rapid processing of soft metal alloys such as aluminum and copper. PRODUCT APPLICABILITY
It is widely used for micro-lubrication machining on lathes or CNC machines for materials such as aluminum alloys, carbon steels, alloy steels and stainless steels. It replaces the cutting fluid in metal cutting, eliminates the stinking phenomenon, achieves zero emissions, and fundamentally solves the problem of environmental treatment of waste cutting fluid. It is required to be used in conjunction with an automatic spraying system device to improve work efficiency and prolong the service life of cutting tools.
