PERFORMANCE OVERVIEW
The micro-lubricating oil for aluminum bars is specially developed to address the problems existing in the rapid processing of soft metal alloys such as aluminum and copper. It is formulated with a variety of high-quality additives, free of sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine, thus being safe, reliable, environmentally friendly and harmless. It features high cost performance, smooth cut surfaces without burrs, low consumption, improved processing accuracy, and no smoke generation. Its quality is comparable to that of products from Taiwan, Japan and Germany.
PRODUCT APPLICABILITY
It is widely used in the cutting processing of large bars and plates of aluminum/copper, etc.; it can also be used in the cutting processing of plates or bars of stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials. It can easily saw through aluminum bars and copper bars with a diameter of less than 800MM and iron bars with a diameter of less than 400MM, without generating smoke or noise. It needs to be used in conjunction with an automatic spray system device. It can solve problems such as burrs on the cut edges, smoke generation, aluminum adhesion, and rapid saw blade wear, thus improving work efficiency and prolonging the service life of the saw blade.
