Hot saw oil LB-6000 is specially developed to solve the problems existing in the rapid processing of aluminum rod hot saw. This product can solve the problems of hot saw smoke, aluminum sticking, saw blade damage, etc., and improve the working efficiency of hot saw.
PRODUCT APPLICABILITY
Widely used for cutting large bars and plates such as aluminum/copper; can also be used for cutting plates or bars of materials such as stainless steel and alloy steel. Easily saw through 400°~550° high-temperature hot bars without smoke or noise. Need to be used with an automatic spray system device to solve problems such as burrs on the cut, smoke, aluminum sticking, and fast saw blade wear, improve work efficiency, and extend the life of the saw blade.
